My Teaching Philosphy

I have worked in the teaching field for 2 years and have developed a philosophy that served me well.

My teaching philosophy is simple. Broken down into 4 parts they are:

1. Patience through listening
Patience and listening skills are critical factors for the progression of students.

2. Continuous Growth
The journey towards growth and personal development is a never ending quest. Keeping yourself up to date with technology and ideas is therefore very important when pertaining to teaching.

3. Effective Communication
Communication is a two-way process where both sides must maintain an open mind. Talk to each other with respect and as though they are your equal.

4. Act the Part
To be an effective teacher, you must do what you preach. If you can teach the part, you must act the part.
